Are you dog friendly?
Yes, we are, however, dogs must remain on a leash and are not to be left in the car alone. Water is also available for dogs as there are taps on site.
Do you take Eftpos at the front gate and the café?
Yes, Eftpos is available at both the gate and the café. Due to COVID regulations, we only accept cashless payments at our counters.
Do you have an ATM I can withdraw money from?
No unfortunately, there is no ATM available on site.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes, we do host birthday parties. Pls ask one of our friendly staff for further information. Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@tivolidrivein.com.au
Can I pre-book my movie tickets?
No pre-bookings are available. All tickets are sold via the entry gates opened at 4pm.
Can I allocate my seat prior to the movie?
Unfortunately, no spots will be reserved.
How much are tickets for the movies?
$10 per car. We love to keep things affordable for the families
How do I purchase tickets online?
We do not sell tickets online. Tickets can only be purchased at our ticket booths on entry.
Where do I collect my movie tickets?
Tickets are collected via the entry gate at the ticket booth.
When can I collect my movie ticket?
The ticket booth is open between 4pm to 7pm for ticket collection.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept both cash and Eftpos. Due to COVID restrictions, we prefer cashless payments at our counters.
Once a purchase has been confirmed, can I make changes to my order and get a refund?
Tickets purchased at the counters are non-refundable.
